CTS Signs 5 Year Contract Extension

Las Vegas, October 6, 2009 - Diagnostic Imaging International Corp. (OTCBB: DIIG) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian Teleradiology Services ("CTS"), has extended a current contract.

CTS has reported that one of its client Hospitals has renewed its contract. The contract is solely for daytime CT service, which is a high end, high revenue modality. Originally set up as a four month contract, the Hospital has decided to sign on with CTS for a five year contract extension.

"Today's announcement shows how CTS can play an integral role in benefiting a Hospital's service to its community", said Richard Jagodnik, CEO. "The CTS model is cost effective, efficient and reliable."
