CTS provides 24 hour turnaround time on all normal studies and one hour turnaround on all emergency STAT cases.

CTS will continuously liaise with your DI manager to ensure your hospital is completely satisfied with our services. We provide a schedule before each month that communicates which radiologists are working specific shifts and also provides all necessary contact numbers for any emergencies that may arise.
Our system is backed up with 24 hour IT support should any special situation arise.
Your hospital will be assigned a dedicated radiology group that will include a lead radiologist who is the primary point of contact between doctors.
Our expert radiologists are all currently working in hospitals and clinics and have earned their reputations. We will organize and supply, in one package, all the credentialing documentation that your hospital requires to ensure we are meeting your standards.
CTS radiologists are governed by the Regulated Health Professions Act under the auspices of the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Additionally, CTS ensures that transfer of all study data adheres to the Personal Health Information Protection Act, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
The CTS Set-Up
CTS will coordinate system set-up with your facility's IT and PACS staff, and we will act as project manager. Your facility will require access to a web browser and high speed Internet access (DSL, Cable or a T-1 line), and the ability to send us DICOM compliant images. VPN connectivity is also required. A small remote modality server is installed on-site to forward images to the CTS Data Centre. The CTS system adapts seamlessly to all existing DICOM equipment for all modalities, PACS and teleradiology systems.
Our administrative staff will work with yours to ensure a seamless set up, providing all required credentialing materials, schedules and contact lists. In addition we are here for your DI technicians should they have any questions, concerns, or the need to change information on a study after it has been sent to our servers.
